Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised MarComms and Client Services Executive to join our fully virtual team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months’ experience in a healthcare agency or a related sector, with strong project management skills and experience in designing and delivering marketing and communications activities. A formal project management qualification is desirable but not essential. A university degree is not required, provided the candidate can demonstrate relevant experience.

This role will have a dual focus on driving the execution of our Marketing and Communications plan and supporting our Client Services delivery team in the efficient execution of client projects. The candidate should ideally have experience in optimsing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to improve engagement and workflow efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Communications

  • Support execution of marketing and communications plans with the MarComms lead.
  • Raise our profile via social networks (focusing on LinkedIn) and media, forums, blogs and website to create awareness of the Visions4Health brand.
  • Create engaging content  for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Actively share useful and relevant content including blogs, tweets and other social messaging – compliant with ABPI code.
  • Email Marketing to promote company activities – optimising CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for improved marketing outreach and customer engagement.
  • Analyse digital content performance.
  • Support in delivery of Visions4health marketing events.

 

Client Services Support

  • Support the Head of Client Services in ensuring excellence in client delivery.
  • Help to build on how the organisation delivers a consistent and reliable service to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Assist in executing client projects, delivering tasks in a timely way and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Use project management tools  including MS Excel and Planner to track deadlines, deliverables, and report project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
  • Collaborate with the client services delivery team to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage workflows and support project execution.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 18 months’ experience in a healthcare agency or related sector.
  • Strong project management experience (a qualification is desirable but not essential).
  • Experience in optimising and managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong social media marketing skills, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities (essential).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners (essential).
  • Confident with MS Office suite – including Excel, PPT, and MS Teams Apps such as Planner (essential).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
